Rooms for Families
Most guestrooms at the Monte Vista Hotel contain one queen or king bed. For groups or families with children, we do have a few additional options. These rooms are in very high demand, especially on weekends from April through October, so please plan to book well in advance of your intended arrival date! On busy weekends in-season, there is a two-night minimum stay for family rooms. A few notes for families:

We do not have any roll-away beds

None of our rooms sleep more than 4 people (including kids)

All rooms must have at least one person over age 18

Additional charges will apply for extra guests over the recommended number for each guestroom

The recommended number of guests for Queen or King rooms is 2 people
1937 Double Queen Rooms
These rooms are the equivalent of two 1937 Queen Rooms, attached by a shared bathroom between the two rooms or via a small internal hallway. Each room has one Queen bed and a separate entrance, as well as access to the shared bath. We have three 1937 Doube Queen Rooms on property.

1937 King Family Room
This room is located on our second floor in the 1937 Wing. This is one large room with a King bed and a daybed with a trundle beneath. This is the equivalent of one King bed and two Twin beds. This room is intended for up to two adults and two children.

Lodge Connecting Queen Room
This room combination is comprised of two single Queen rooms with an internal connecting door. Each room has its own bathroom and private entrance. One room has a mini-fridge. We have one Lodge Connecting Queen Room.
